We scrub the walls, ceilings, floors, baseboards, cupboards, and any other dirty surfaces.
Please note: We refer to another trusted company in the area for smell removal and mold remediation.

A lot of it comes down to cost benefit of keeping something versus discarding it.
If something holds a significant amount of sentimental value, we make all attempts to keep those items as they have value and are irreplaceable. If something is easily replaced and relatively inexpensive, we will elect to discard that because it is faster and cheaper.
Example: Plastic tupperware. Easy to come by with minimal expense. It would cost more to pay an employee hourly to wash it, when they could have easily purchased it new.

All of our staff are required to be equipped with the appropriate PPE. This includes gloves, masks, eyewear, and protective clothing.
Material considered biohazard would be blood and human waste in excessive amounts. We do not handle this type of cleanup and will refer you to a local trusted company who handles this type of cleanup.
An example of waste that we cleanup are large amounts of adult diapers piled up, or the occasional mess from medical issues. We throw out this and clean the carpets and floors wherever possible.

While our cleanup crew handles surface cleaning using PH/enzyme cleaners and bleach which can help improve the smell, we do not have the specialized equipment or chemicals to handle smell removal or mold removal.
In the instance that you need an odor removal surface, we will refer you to a local trusted company that deals with smell removal.
Mold removal may require structural changes to the home/apartment, such as removal of drywall, so if we notice significant mold damage, we will refer you to a mold remediation company.

Depending on our schedule and shareholders (ie: agency or service that is paying for the service, which requires approval) it could take around one business day, or in some cases, up to a week.
